Tony Lowes

Tony Lowes is the Director of Friends of the Irish Environment, an active network of volunteers, which works to monitor the full implementation of, and to assist in the development of, European and national law. FIE encourage the implementation of the right to full public participation in environmental decision making and provide assistance to individuals, local groups, and the wider public in understanding environmental issues.
